I'm going to make a special series of "Free tips" articles about applying make up, called applying make up tips. Over last few years I notice that so many girls don't know how to apply make-up properly. I always thought a girl should know that. But I understand now that it takes so much time and practice to master just one technique. I hope I find enough time to every day post a new article about this. When I get an oppurtunity I will also take photos of how I do it and show you the best and easiest way to apply make-up. For now, I've only touched the topic about applying lipstick. Today I spent some time writting a short article about applying lipstick. There are some rules that I always follow when I apply lipsticks. As a professional make up artist sometimes I find myself in a dilemna. The lipstick and lip-gloss are the last part of the make up I apply. But it can ruin everything if you apply it in wrong colors.

One of best Make-ups I've ever done!

These photos are from two weeks ago, but I didn't catch the time to post it on the blog. Actually I want to write about the creepy feeling I got during my work. This girl when the make-up was completed, she was someone else.

If you visit my gallery and see the photos of her without the make-up you will understand what I mean. And this is the first time it happened to me. When I finished the make-up she looked like a super model and it was totally weird feeling I got. She just wasn't the same person anymore. Every move she made was different, she even smiled diferent. Well her smile was the same but it looked so much more seducing and sexy. And when she put the party cloathes on which were the right color - because I did the make-up for those colors, it was a bingo! I'm still waiting to get the photos taken with better camera and when I get those photos I'll post them asap.

Yesterday I did a skin care routine to her friend's sister and this friend still talks about the "super model girl" and how good she looked on that party. She tells that to everyone and she spread the word around so much I even got a new "client" yesterday, her sister! Hehe...

I found that quite funny. This friend of my just showed to her sister the photos of the make-up (check my gallery) I've done and she said she wants me to "do her face" (skin care). Make-up and skin care are two very different professions, I was surprised that she got so much trust in me just seeing the photos. Not that I complain :))

I can proudly say that I won this fight with myself! I forced myself to do the things that had to be done. It wasn't easy though. I worked for 8 hours Thursday, 10 hours on Friday and 6 hours today to finish my website www.easynaturalyou.com as I promised. It's ready now for public. I know it's not perfect but that's something I wanted to write about in my post today.

I'm a perfectionist, everything just has to be perfect. But remember, when you go over your limits you just collapse. Because everything had to be perfect I delayed to publish my website for so long. Being a 120% perfectionist was slowly destroying me and my life. Nobody is perfect and neither we can expect ourselves to be perfect or do perfect things in any matter. Nothing we do can be completely flawless, but we can bring things damn close to that.

My site is not perfect and it will never be. But! I will always work on it, always add new things, always work on a little details, but the main thing is that it went live.

I am so happy that nobody can ever imagine!

Well This Sucks!

Nine days ago I said that I will finish my website soon. But this didn’t happen. Why? Because I just can’t finish. I have this fight with me inside and it’s a really hard fight to win. I don’t know why this is happening to me, but I just can’t finish the things I should have done long time ago. I know the stuff I have to do, but once I sit down to finish the stuff, or write an article or write a post here, I get very nervous. So nervous it’s hard to explain. I usually end up surfing the internet or reading some stupid forums or watching movies instead of doing the stuff I really should do…

Today I decided to end this madness. I’m certain that I can win this fight and become a person that does more. I spend too much time doing nothing or doing things that are not important. I usually talk too much and do too little. This is something I hate about myself and I’m decided to change this.

I’m very convinced that I will succeed in my life, but now I realize what is the root of the problem.

Now I publicly declare that from today on I am a different person. I am a person of acts not just words. What I think and know I should do, I just do. About the things I’m about to do, I don’t think anymore in the negative light. I don’t think about all the bad things that will possibly happen, I just do it and see how it goes. It is better to do and see that it fails than to just think it will fail and never even try!

At this moment the main thing I have to do is to finish my website. This is very crucial for me. I have to finish the make-up part of the website, the gallery part and the store.

For make-up I just have to write an article about make-up and what kind of make-up I use on my “clients” and what I recommend using. Later I will add more stuff here, for now what matters is that I just finish what I started.

The gallery part of my website needs a little graphics design. I have already chosen all the photos that will be there. All I have to do is finish the graphics design and upload the photos and write little about every photo.

On the store section you will be able to buy products. This will take me a lot of time to set up all the products I will sell. I’m very excited about all this.

My goal is to finish all this on Saturday 3^rd February. Several hours of hard work are in front of me but I am going to prove to myself and everyone that reads this blog that I am able to do this.

Yeepie, I knew it! I knew that today it will be a good day! Well it's over already, now it's 0:43 in the morning and I'm writing this post in a very good mood, why? Because yesterday I had a bad day and today I simply had a good day hehe. I had so much work to do today but I just felt great whole day.

On the main website I changed whole linking structure, now the only thing I have to do is to add content. I already have everything written in lovene, now I go to bed to relax, but for tomorrow the plan is to translate everything to English and finally you'll be able to enjoy exploring my site.

I have so many great ideas what to write about and post on my site and I'm so excited about everything. So, tomorrow is really the final deadline to finish this website design madness, it already took me too long! /*Apologizes to everyone again*\

Bad Day!

Two words describe everything that happened today. BAD DAY! First my friend called me that the event is canceled, I had to call everyone and apologize that nothing will be going on today. That's what I hate the most. It wasn't my fault that it was canceled and I was preparing for this really long. I just hate it. It wasn't even my friends fault. Well whatever.

I could spend rest of the day working on my website but I just didn't. I went out with my friends and it's Sunday anyway, well it WAS Sunday... I'm just not happy I feel sad right now. It was nice to be with friends but also something embarrassing happened. My pants tore! On my a**... I don't know how this is possible, they are new, just a few days old and they start tearing everywhere, of course on my a**... They are were laughing yes it was fun, but I just don't feel like that now...

Stupid day, I don't want to remember it... Tomorrow is a new day, I'll make it better! If you read all this thanks... You didn't have to lol.

Life, ooh life!

Sadly I couldn't post earlier. Something sad has happened. My good friends grandmother died, so I spent last few days mostly with him, encouraging him to carry on. He really loved her, she was a loving and really good and caring person, we all will miss her. My friend is a strong person, I know how much he loved her and I thought this would break him more than it actually did. I deeply admire people that are this strong. I'm deeply sorry for your loss my good friend Marko, I'm left with no words, don't know what else to say...

... life goes on ...

Today is my little event I organize. I got 2 female models for make-up and my friend will take professional photos. In 1 hour I meet with first girl to do make-up so I don't spend precious time at the event, because this place is rented only for a few hours.

Something very exciting has also happened on Thurstday, but I didn't catch enough time to write in this blog. Shortly I will explain what happened. I met with friends from primary school, 3 very astonishing girls. The plan was to do make-ups for all 3 and then go out on a house/electro party but I was working so slow I manage to complete make-ups only for two girls. So as an apologize today on this event I bring the third one that didn't get her chance last week. I will post pictures from last week as soon as I catch enough time to finish my main website. The work that was done on the 2 girls was AMAZING even I was so surprised how good it was done. It took me almost 2 hours for one girl to get everything done but the effect was really astonishing. You will see on the photos. And later when we went out on a party, they looked like a real supermodels, because the make-up was done to look really special on "disco" lights and all the colorful party flashes and stuff.

Now I have to run to Ljubljana, it's time to do something special again. This time I promise I'll work faster (holds fingers).

Welcome to My Special Make-up Blog!

Hello! The blog and it's design is finally ready. I'm so excited about this. My name is Zoran Gajic and I'm a make-up artist. This is my blog where I will post everything that is happening in my life.

Right now I'm sitting in this nice pub in Ljubjana (capitol city of Slovenia) with my laptop and I've just finished the graphics design for this blog. My website www.easynaturalyou.com is not completed yet but now that all the graphics design is done, I just need to add the articles and stuff.

Okay as this is my first post I will explain what you can expect to find here. I call myself a freelance make-up artist. I don't have a regular job and my life is very interesting and colorful. Here I will write about everything that is happening, what I think, and how I feel about things around me. I will also write and post pictures of everything I do. I will also write about all the events I organize and you will be first to know.

Why did I decide to make this blog? Living as a freelance make-up artist was and is very different from anything I've done in the past. So many interesting things already happened to me and I was always sorry that I never wrote down all the things that happened. And guess what. Every time these unique things happened or unique people I met and to whom I did very great make-ups I NEVER had my camera with me to take photos. So basically I let a unique and fun part of my life vanish. Well it still exists in my memory but I found out that it's just not enough. I want to share these interesting experiences with people all around the world. And that's why I made this blog, so that YOU can also be part of my so interesting life.

Something unique already happened to me like 30 minutes ago in this pub here. While I was sitting and doing these graphics design, a very nice lady entered the pub. I just couldn't stop watching her because she had nice brown hair, interesting shirt and very interesting and cute big eyes. Because of those eyes her look was sad but actually she was very happy and was chatting with her friend here. The unique part here is that her face, eyes and the look is EXACTLY what I need for my website. Why? --- explained further:

This Sunday on 21th January me and my friend organize this little event. I will bring 3 female models, do a professional make-up and my friend will make the photos. She needs them for the school, and I need them on my site where I will show what can be done with make-up. On the make-up section of the website I post all my work. Of course if I get the permission to post the photos on the website.

This girl with big eyes I've met 30 minutes ago was invited to this event and guess what! She said: yes! She will be there. I didn't take her number but she promised me that she will call me tomorrow and also let me know if her sister comes too. I hope all this turns out as it is planned. Stay tuned, I will post every detail here. I still need to find 2 more models for Sunday. Wish me good luck!
